Refund policy

RETURNS

Given the nature of our sales and the limited availability of editions, artworks, and exclusive stock, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

 

CANCELLATIONS

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at hello@hellomjk.com within 48 hours of your purchase. While we cannot guarantee cancellations as all sales are final, we will do our best to assist you.

 

DAMAGES

We carefully check and wrap our orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at hello@hellomjk.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Full name and order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • A photo of the damaged product
  • Photos of the interior packaging and delivery box
