Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All Hellomjk orders are custom-prepared. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your artwork to be printed, carefully packaged, and dispatched from our studio in Lebanon. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.
FOR ORDERS INSIDE LEBANON
MJK provides delivery services across all Lebanese regions for a flat rate of $5. All items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE LEBANON
We ship globally using DHL Express. Once dispatched, standard transit times are typically 3 to 15 business days, depending on your exact location.

We are thrilled to offer FREE DHL Express Shipping on all orders over $500 USD. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. Hellomjk is not responsible for these charges; they are strictly the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us because customs inquiries or import fees were neglected, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges required to resend the order. Additionally, in the event of a standard return, a refund will be processed for the artwork, but the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the initial tracking information to populate in the courier's system.
If you notice any unusual delays or issues with your tracking link, please contact your local DHL office directly with your tracking number for the fastest resolution. If you haven’t received your order within a week of your expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@hellomjk.com, and we will be happy to look into it for you.
